Dog and Duck, Outwood

This is a very good pub, winter or summer. Always very popular, although a bit out in the country. The food and service is excellent and the ales are very tasty. Heartily recommend this one!

The Farmhouse, Horley

Our local pub,and it really is nice in the summer with the very spacious garden and being in the country a lot of birds visit the garden. The beer is good and the staff very attentive. It is also cosy in the winter with the real fire blazing. A good all round pub.

The Beaufort Arms, Hawkesbury Upton

Was on holiday and staying at Marshfield. Visited Tetbury and on the return journey took a turning to this village and found this gem of a pub. Although a little shabby on the outside from the road, on entering it was warm and friendly. The locals were talkative and the landlord very nice. The beer was lovely and the food, although we did not eat here, looked very inviting and for a lunchtime the pub seemed to be very popular with local people. Certainly when visiting this area again, will call in on this pub again.

The Northend Inn, Batheaston

We were on holiday and walked from Marshfield to Northend and stumbled across this delightful pub. A warm welcome was given to a couple of tired walkers. The beer we drank was "Gem" and was very good and well kept, and sustained us for the return journey. The landlady explained that the pub had been renovated and in our opinion this had been very tastefully done. The garden area was very attractive and would be lovely to sit in during the good weather. The whole ambience of this pub was lovely and would heartily recommend it to all especially walkers in the vicinity (although please remove any muddy boots before entering out of respect as this pub was very clean).
