The Dukes Head, Tadworth

I read tacky s review before I went to the Dukes Head with my Daughter and family, and would like to say that we had a perfect evening, the choice of drinks is very good, especially the beer, food was good and the staff friendly, I did have to ask for something to be changed, and this was done without fuss, and to my surprise was also taken off the bill, so I have no complaints, only praise, I think if tacky who wrote the review below had done the same I'm sure he would have been a lot happier, instead of letting it fester for 3 weeks before remembering to write his review.

The Sportsman 'Time Well Spent', Mogador

One of my favourite pubs, where the real ale and food has always been good, so it surprises me when I read these comments, I think if they had reported this to Mark or Gareth they would have dealt with quickly, and efficiently without any fuss, I do hope these comments that have been posted will not deter people going there, the adults and children could have a great time

The William IV, Bletchingley

I have just wiled away a couple of hours in The King William IV, with a couple of pints of well kept Bombardier, and a pleasant chat to the guvnor, Dave. It's really nice to get a warm welcome, and feel as though your important to there business. I didn't eat ther, but the food look good, so i will try that out one day, the outside area looks good and safe for the kids. The surounding area is nice, plenty of countryside for a weekend walks, and a golf course in Bletchingley, where there is other pubs, but i think this one would be hard to beat. It's not on the main road, so sat nav or map mite be a good idea. You will not be disappointed if you like a country pub.

The Green Owl, Camber

Good pub, good food, friendly staff and management, interesting locals, a very clean and comfortable pub, makes it a must when your in Camber, only drawback is small car park and b____y double yellow lines outside, take a short walk though, its worth it.

The Kingswood Arms, Kingswood

"Ah the Kingswood arms" very nice, I find the staff friendly enough, but these days it's not worth asking their name, as they probably will not be there the next time you visit, even if its the next day. They have a good range of beers on offer, plus a few secret ones which are produced in the microbrewery, that can be found out of site, beneath the bitter pumps at the study end of the bar, I believe they are known as the managers multi mix, lagers known as Carl Fostetelaburg i664 and bitters, with names like The Pride of the Admans Young Directors these are available Thursday thru Sunday, and are mixed with the skill of a DJ, they are attractively priced at the same as the normal beer. Ive been told by the other "fools" sorry regulars that its all OK, though I'm not so sure. I find the food good, a bit pricey like everything they sell, also if you set up a tab, and have a few drinks at the bar before you're meal, they will include the 10% service charge as well when you settle you're bill, making Stella 3.85
