The Clock House, Teddington

A good pub, good beers watched a lot of the ashes here over the summer. Recommended

The Masons Arms, Teddington

Best pub in Teddington by far, beer is always the best. Thoroughly recommended

The Antelope, Surbiton

Green King pub with a good selection of Twickenham ales on also, Naked Ladies was is top form last time I was in. These days is one of the better pubs in the area, well worth a pint or three

Bread and Roses, Clapham

Great pub, great beer and I love the Trades Union banner on the wall. Well worth a visit

The Slug and Lettuce, Wimbledon

Rude ignorant staff. No beer. Even the Guinness tasted if it still full of line cleaner. AVOID

The Fighting Cocks, Kingston Upon Thames

Great pub and venue. One real ale pump with new guest beer 2 - 3 times a week, never been disapointed yet.

The Old Coffee House, Soho

Visited here yesterday with 2 friends. First pint was great, unfortunately the second was like vinegar, when I complained the rude and miserable barman, without even tasting the beer, told me that was how it is supposed taste. When I suggested he taste the beer he told me he didn't need to as that's how it is. So we voted with our feet, won't be back and I would not recommend anyone else to visit either. Rates a big fat zero from us, a shame as it has so much potential.

The Cocoanut, Kingston Upon Thames

Had an excellent pint of London Pride in here last night

Doctor Browns, Middlesbrough

Good beer, good live music, a bit scruffy but that adds to appeal! Definately one to spend an evening in

Scruffy Murphys, Middlesbrough

Dissapointing, spent a lot of time in here when at Uni - good times. Now smells of piss, and beer is practically undrinkable.

The Star, Middlesbrough

Good beer, great for sports events one to visit if in Boro

3 Feb 2010 17:43

The House, Middlesbrough

Bloody awful, ignorant staff who just chatted and served mates ignoring customers at bar. I can't comment on beer as I went elsewhere. Avoid

The Antelope, Surbiton

Vastly improved, well kept beer and redecorated. Feels like a proper pub again.

The Lamb, Surbiton

I've got to upgrade this pub because the landlady has recently had a baby ... :-)

The Prospect Hotel, Douglas

good pub with wide range of real ale Manx and rest of Britain and all kept well

6 Sep 2009 19:37

The Bowling Green Hotel, Douglas

Stayed in same street as this pub it seemed to have that estate pub feel to it, often seemed to be trouble outside at night which succeeded in putting me off venturing in

6 Sep 2009 19:30

The Queens Hotel, Douglas

good pub, with good food can get busy but not rowdy, worth a visit

6 Sep 2009 19:24

The Outback, Douglas

6 Sep 2009 19:19

The Rovers Return, Douglas

Great little pub, good range of beers all well kept, Bushey's brewer was drinking in there one day i was in, nice chap. Definately worth a visit if you are in Douglas

6 Sep 2009 19:16

The Antelope, Surbiton

dissapointing, last two times I ventured in there was only lager or Guiness to drink, so I left there won't be a third

1 Aug 2009 18:01

The Maypole, Surbiton

my nearest pub, but it is so so bland, nothing actually bad about the place but just nothing that grabs my interest, so I just walk past

1 Aug 2009 17:52

The Wheatsheaf, Street

virtually ace

18 May 2009 17:47

The Willoughby Arms, Kingston Upon Thames

Great beer and regular beer festivals make this Kingston's best pub by far. It would be even better if not for the dirty geordie shirt on the wall!

If you have not yet given this place a visit then you are missing out.

23 Apr 2009 18:30

The Black Lion, Surbiton

ok local pub, always busy but not a patch on The Lamb opposite

8 Mar 2009 18:24

The Victoria, Surbiton

Nothing at all wrong with this place but also nothing outstanding, beers are ok but something always makes me want to move on after a pint or two.

8 Mar 2009 18:18

The White Swan, Twickenham

Outstanding pint of Naked Ladies, found the place to be relaxed with a mixed clientele, not as polarised as the comments below. Great location very popular in summer. Will definately be returning

8 Mar 2009 18:15

The Waggon and Horses, Surbiton

good place for a quiet drink, great armchairs by the fires - dangerous though as you may get too comfy and nod off

7 Mar 2009 16:55

The Cittie of Yorke, Holborn

I love the feel of this place, always try to pop in if I am in the area. A great place at any time

7 Mar 2009 16:46

The Angel, Surbiton

Enjoyed the band (Blue Fuses) in here on Saturday, beer was good and the atmosphere relaxed. Chatted with the landlord who seems a good bloke, place is no where near any of the comments below, but don't take my word go yourself and have a great pint.

Corkys Wine Bar, Surbiton

Worst pub in Surbiton by far - avoid 0/10

24 Sep 2008 12:56

The Lamb, Surbiton

A great pub, refreshing change to Youngs and theme pubs. 3 beers on tap, personally I would recomended the Black Sheep, although all are good. There is a good choice of lagers and wines too, and if you're peckish sample the cheese board, Stinking Bishop rules! The pork scratchings are the best in the world even if they do make me fat. This is by far the best pub in Surbiton/Kingston area.

31 Aug 2008 18:48

The Green Man, Wembley

Very dissapointing, slow service and it was not that busy - helps if your known as then there seems to be no queue! Beer not kept that well, stick to spirits or bottles if you decide to visit. I won't be going again.
