| Went here for the first time on Saturday night.There was a terrific band lively relaxed place. The bar staff excellent and a friendly landlord the atmosphere was great and "locals" and the bands following mixed together no problems. I think it shows that reputations change under new ownership 4 so called locals were sitting out side and we were greated by every one of them. slendersunfish - 7 Aug 2006 14:26 |
| Down to earth but very friendly pub. You might hear some swearing but the same people are putting their hands in their pockets to support the pubs charities. Not too expensive, and friendly staff. Not the kind of pub that sells you 10 pints and then gets pissed off with you for being drunk. You'll also get a great game of pool in here as well.
