At last ! The pub which used to be the Hooden Horse has been renovated & a very good local pub for this part of town has been saved.It's proving to be a hit with the locals, mainly down to the new landlord & landlady who obviously know what they're doing & the friendly, good staff they employ.Long may it continue.

quality little boozer.2 old terraced houses knocked into 1 great little pub.Beer is well kept & the staff are very friendly.Pretty much a local crowd, especially busy when sports on...big footy games etc etc. There are 2 big screens & a smaller Tv at the back of the pub.Nice little beer garden for the summer months, looking at the neighbours laundry!! Known by some regulars as the 'Drumnasium'...they go up there for a 'workout'..!
