This pub is a bit on the expensive side, I ordered around of drinks last night which came to 16.00 quid - Don�t think we will be in any hurry to go back.

Went to the Shy Horse yesterday for lunch, very good service and food, one of our party had the Gammon and chips - said very good, also the fish cakes where good - and two of us had the Filo pastry with red onions and goats cheese which was sickly sweet and the goats cheese was the size of 50p and as thin.
i would say more restaurant than a pub but over all not bad.

Very nice pub in the centre of Surbiton, with a good mix of people , nice non smoking area for those who don�t , young's winter warmer on tap when I was there was on form

Big thanks to the staff and management of The Albany for our Christmas day lunch it was perfect, the food was very well cooked the waitress who served us was friendly attentive, and we where unhurried through out.

A very nice pub to sit out by the river on a summers night and has a good range of beers - Amstel on tap - the food looked good � bar staff helpful and attentive.
Some of the pubs clientele where walking around with jumpers over there shoulders which gave the evening the atmosphere of a Cliff Richard concert,
I was also a bit bemused by the arty girly pictures on the wall in the gents which gave it the look of a factory toilet (The gents need sorting out)
But on the whole I liked this place and will be coming back if they�ll have me.

Harts Boatyard, Surbiton
The management really do need to do something about the staff serving in this place, we where standing at the bar for ages to be served while a queue formed behind us tutting, its not as if there is enough staff, one was cleaning bar menus while we where all waiting . . really poor.
Come on guys this is a has been good pub in a good location sort you act out.
