The Stile Bridge Inn, Marden

Pub is now a real ale mecca, plenty of variety of real ales, ciders and continental beers and staff are friendly, well worth a drive out to find especially if you are not driving that day

The Flower Pot, Maidstone

The best real ale Pub in Maidstone, large array of ales and ciders and a pub for drinkers rather than eaters

The Old Inn, Holton

Pub has now changed hands and the old guys who ran it have retired, transformed into a hideous up market foody restaurant with absolutely nothing to recomend it apart from a few good beers, no longer a patch on the old place and not worth a visit now

The Whitehouse Hotel, Peel

A very interesting Pub with different bars to suit all tastes and a fine selection of real ales.

The Golding Hop, Plaxtol

One of the last traditional pubs in kent, difficult to find but worth the trouble.
makes its own cider on the premises using own well, and beer still served from barrels behid the bar visible to customers. Not a very large pub but for those that like a real drink an absolute must if in the area
