a beautiful setting for meeting friends and family and sitting down to a good but over priced meal .. but then it must be doing summit right as the current tennents have been there over 30yrs

As i had friends over today we popped in for lunch. I had a lovely meal and one friend had the lunch special of 1/2 a door stop sandwich and a large mug of soup all fresh and home made and all for �3.95!! beer was very reasonably priced and 10p cheaper a pint than the other pub in the village. I've visited most pubs in the area and have found the exhibition is very reasonably priced with food from 5.95 to 16 for a large steak

after my older other half got me to watch porterhouse blues i had to at least walk in and get 1 pint .. pleasent enough staff cudda been a little more friendly
