Not a bad pub really, if you get the right barman they can actually pour Guinness which is a bonus. Some good ales too. Would be nice if they did some live music every once in a while.

The Ledger Building, Canary Wharf
Been here a few times, its got the usual sterility of a Wetherspoons so don't go here expecting any charm or too much flavour in the microwave meals!
It is however somewhere to drink that is on the edge of the wharf more towards the local estates which means an interesting mix of locals, businessmen and passers by.

Halfway II Heaven, Charing Cross
Stumbled in here one night having not realised it was a gay bar.
Honestly one of the better pubs in the area, friendly customers and staff and a good night downstairs in the sort of club area.

If your out at the weekend and find yourself after a lively bar until the very small of hours of the following day then this is the place, however its the kind of place that you'd probably not want to visit in daylight hours.
Reasonably priced for the area however the vodka tastes suspiciously watered down; honestly could not taste it at all! Usually a fun time, glitter ball et al.

Absolutely no pretension here, no need to dress up, feels like a real pub.
One of my favourite places to disappear to. Phone off and book out!
