Spotted Cow, Poole

Big barn of a place and it looked like they had been keeping horses in there.
Tables were grubby and not wiped down and tables weren't cleared.
Because of the cheap prices this place seemed to attract the chavvy pikey dregs of poole when i went in here on a sunday afternoon.
The beers were excellent i had one of my favourites the ringwood this place just needs a clean and a much better clientelle the wetherspoons in bournemouth is so much better why are some wetherspoons better than others.

Lloyds No 1, Basingstoke

Thanks zep im a bit old for the dancefloor lol but i do like the pub it has certainly got a good atmosphere and the food and drink is good especially all the continental bottled beers they make a change from the norm.
The wetherspoon brand has got a bad name which in many cases is justified but definately not here this is a brilliant modern pub with friendly staff good service ans a good atmosphere

The Kingswood Arms, Kingswood

Very nice pub i had a pint in here on the way to the derby last year i will be doing the same again this year too i will get in a bit earlier this time though to spend a bit more time.
I also agree it is worth paying the NCP otherwise known as the no chavs premium lol i will always pay more for a pint so i don't have to see any burberry or prison white raeboks.

The Angel, Angel, Islington

Full of scary people who look like they might attack or rob you at any moment lots of old wasters and filthy chavsters getting drunk in this cheap hole. Management and staf don't seem to give a shit about the place at least it makes any pub you go in afterwards seem good.

The Last Post, Southend on Sea

This is a typical wetherspoons full of drunken old winos and loudmouth chavs but this is a taster of the shithole that is southend on sea when you get off the train my advice get the first train back to london

The Kings Head, Galway

5 oclock on a saturday evening 2 years ago 7 irishmen asked where there was a decent pub in galway so i showed them where the kings head was 3am 10 hours later i staggered out completeley mullered after one of the best nights i ever had in ireland the pub was rammed to the rafters the craic was brilliant with a live band playing U2 and simple minds tracks the atmosphere and the people were brilliant a sore head next day but a great night i might brave st patricks in the kings next year.
