Adequate! Lost a lot of it's charm, character and atmosphere. Where do people watch football now days? Always used to be packed during premier league games, now a mere half dozen supporters, no banter, no fun. Bring back the good old days. Toilets are nice though. Garden was always immaculate, no matter what the season, but it now really needs some loving tender care.

Absolutely dump! Disgraceful. I think the ecclectic mix of cliental must have been bard from all the other pubs in King Street - except the William Morris, even more of a dump. But hey, what do you expect from JDW?

The Dove Inn, Hammersmith

I can only echo the comments below. The staff are ill-mannered and badly trained. The beer (especially the ESB) used to be superb, but now is very much adequate to poor. No point in complaining as no one seems to give a sh..., I mean give a damn. This reflects extremely poorly on Fullers (Dove once being the flag ship) and as for the management - is there any?

I never thought I would say this, but please, please bring back the scatty welshman. Although, not always prefect, he at least made you feel welcome and did his utmost to please. Oh, for the good old days.

I also agree, do not bother complaining to Fullers, all you get is a standard fob off letter. Simon Emeny, I thought you were better than that.

Used to be an OK sort of place, staff were adequate, quality of food reasonable, real ale a bit hit and miss, place to avoid in the summer (too busy). However, since acquired by Greene King, staff now totally inadequate, food inadequate, real ale inadequate, as for the summer, go there because if it stays as it is your have plenty of space to sit alone and contemplate "I really should be somewhere else".
