| I like this pub on a day when something is happening at the ground....as a wasps and MAJOR england fan, i attend nearly every game played there, and this is the pub for me, i have been goin there for the last five years and seen the great bunch of staff go, when the last manager took over, and he bought in some right muppets, but kept a few "ORIGINALS" on. the New boss however has made this place wonderful again, with the introduction of a marque with a live band on match days....and the staff on the back bar are brill, especially because there are two lads who have been kept on from the previous bosses, great crack, and some beautiful girls work there too! | cool place on rugger days. been down to twickenham twice this year for sevens and heineken cup. in here both times and had a good time. bars everywhere front and back so no problem getting pints. food pretty good too. loads of pretty bar staff which is always nice!! fostersboy13 - 15 Jun 2008 11:29 |
| We were in here for Guiness final a few weeks ago- had a brilliant time(apart from the result!). The band after in marquee was magic. Only place in Twickenham which seems to make an effort for the fans after the match not just before. Will be back(hopefully) twickers_drinker - 15 Jun 2008 11:03 |
| been going to this place for a while now, especially on Rugby days- they've recently been taken over apparently and wow!! what a difference. On match days is pure quality, they put on live music in a marquee in their car park and have bars/barbeques outside front an rear.
