| We stopped in here on our visit to see my cousin in Truro. They had a very good selection of beer on tap and it I tried several and was very happy at how great it tasted. | Hi, this a most unusual comment as I haven't been to the Pub, but I wish I could. I live in Perth, Western Australia and have been researching my family name Bache and have just found out my ancestors lived in Kenwyn Street as listed in the 1841 Census. They left for South Australia, via Plymouth, a 3 month journey in 1948 - my Great Grandad was 4 years old apparently and one of 6 kids. With luck, one day I'll walk down Kenwyn Street and what looks like a very beautiful part of the world and drop in and have a beer(or 6!)and try to imagine the Truro of 1848. Cliff.
