had a fantastic evening last fri,15/8, the Majito's were really excellent. Had a food platter, which was good value and tasty.
met a guy called Steve, tall, dark, handsome, blue striped shirt, out with friends from work , we chatted briefly at the bar discussing cocktails! Never got talking to him again but wanted too ...i was the girl with the blond bob, animal print blouse. If you see this Steve, get in touch.

Its better than All Bar One etc but the food is overpriced and well a bit crap to be honest! The bar is what you'd expect although the service was swift. Wouldn't go in for a nice pint but relaxing glass of wine on a hot day works.

Went into Henry's on the offchance on Saturday late afternoon as most of the other eateries in the area were packed solid. Was surprised to see a doorman on the door of a pub! We were shown to our table quickly and the waitresses were very polite and couldn't do enough for us. The food was delicious and very reasonably priced. We had loads of space around our table as opposed to most of the other places we looked in first which were very cramped and everyone seemed to be sitting really close together. Me and my sister both liked the place very much and would definately go back another time.

Full of brain dead All Bar One types. The girls can be pretty but they're all dry white wine and a giggle types. Easy, but the lights aren't always on so they're dull and not the type that keep you interested for very long. This place therefore serves a purpose if you're at a loose end..

I'm not a big fan of going out in Covent Garden generally (too many tourists and twats) but the next time I do it I don't think I'll be rushing to come back here. Full of wanky suits after work during the week and with barmen that look down your nose at you if you ask for something as lowly as a pint of lager. The worst thing though (and this is my pet pub hate) is the presence of a Toilet Troll. You know, those blokes that spend their working day in the Gents expecting you to pay them for the privelige of wahing your hands after a piss. The bloke in here last night actually had a go at me for not giving him any dosh for "using his facilities" all night! HIS facilities. I think the water and the hand dryer I used last night belonged to the pub. And he spent all night shouting "Freshen up for the punani. Freshen up for the pussy" at whoever dared go near the sinks. There are some nice comfy seats in the 2 bars though and it's pretty big. Plus I really fancied the blonde barmaid with the pig tails and the love handles! There are no ales on sale and to be honest this place feels like more of a bar than a pub. Which is fine if you want that sort of thing. I don't.
