| What absolute rubbish Windass is talking. This is a lovely pub with great staff that are only too willing to help. You spent nearly £20 Mr Windass wow!! This is the city of London my friend time to wake up and smell the coffee!! Beer is more reasonably priced at £3 to £3.50 and the food is always excellent. | Know this pub very well, and in answer to the previous posters - the girl in question is the lovely Lucy. In fact the bar staff is the major plus point of this pub who do a great job when it gets invariably busy - especially at lunchtimes and towards the weekend. | visited this bar yesterday and had a great lunch, the landlord who looks a bit like a freddie mercury/homer simpson cross, was quite hospitable, but my attention was focused on the buxom blonde lovely with the plunging neckline, possibly homers daughter, i think her name was "lucky".
