| Looks like a traditional pub from the outside but the red interior walls make you half expect strippers to appear with pint glasses for collecting pound coins. It's not that sort of place though but the times I have been there make me wonder what sort of place it is trying to be. Ok for a swift one or two after work but there are better pubs in the area. murgatroyd - 21 Jun 2009 20:43 |
| This is a foody place. No Real Ale. £6.80 for a pint of Amstel & a Guinness. Food looks and sounds nice but is expensive. Must say the toilets were clean. I quite liked the decor. Might go again and try the food. But not a pub to drink in. TheHorsesMouth - 13 May 2009 17:47 |
| Badly decorated, filthy, loud and expensive. THE_SWAN - 1 Nov 2008 22:35 |
| This pathetic excuse for a pub is the worst sh*t hole I have ever had the misfortune of experiencing. There is no floor covering just raw concrete and the place is falling apart. Even worse are the people its wall to wall mugs, all thinking that they are something special but so stupid they can’t see the state of the dilapidated room they spend their evenings and lunch times in. I recommend avoiding this cock fest and spending your hard earned money somewhere that looks after customers and attracts a decent crowd. You have been warned avoid at all costs. | Let me start by saying what an utter disgrace to this planet!! A disaster area that needs to be torn down just like its wallpaper. I have been to many pubs in my time none of which have the odour of disgust and shite on its carpetless floor, Never before have I been to a place resembling something in the Amityville horror house. I have been to better and cleaner sewers with cleaner air than this useless, worthless pit full of Aston Carter mugs that worship its very existance.
