| This is a great pub. Its a throw back to how pubs used to be before franchises got hold of them and ruined them! The beer/ale is very good, the staff are friendly and the atmosphere is iviting and warm. A visit is highly recommended. Tracee1 - 8 May 2007 15:44 |
| Although I'm slightly bitter about the fact they forgot I had an interview for a job at this place, they keep the best ales in Gateshead - possibly Tyneside. Well worth a visit if you can ignore the tacky Newcastle United paraphenalia - or alternatively, just show your red and white stripes and maybe the landlord will take a hint. loy - 10 Apr 2007 03:29 |
