| the cannon is the best bar on the fell. the staff are mint. the manager lisa is class and ken isnt a perv. a bet you wouldnt say it to his face though. you should go to the cannon on a weekend its a really good night and the staff are gorgeous 173887 - 8 Feb 2007 15:19 |

| The cannon is on the end of a busy street, Durham Road. If you're after cheap beer and loads of blokes, this is probably your place, it's one of the less posh areas of Low Fell. It has a pretty good function room upstairs, which is decent for 18th/21st birthday parties due to its proximity to bus stops and transport facilities. It's also opposite a Barclays cash point!
