| Take a banjo, if you play the theme to Deliverance the locals dance round you in a circle worshiping you as the druid god Dagda the Good and bestow necklaces made from beer mats upon you. anonymous - 11 Aug 2007 17:21 |
| Seems like a family-owned kind of pub. Possibly a bit of a locals' local but welcoming to strangers. If you have the courage to drink the Courage Best you will find it's the best! Why, though, do pubs have this habit of playing music over the TV so you don't know what people on TV are saying? If you get creative then this can be very entertaining but not the idea of watching TV. Could have subtitles at least Will2 - 21 Feb 2007 18:08 |
