The prices were a bit over-the-top, but the atmosphere and bartenders helped to make me forget about that. Two of the women bartenders in the main area (not the basement) were two of the friendliest people I've ever met. The downstairs area was also pretty cool, especially when there was a live band playing. SummerLights - 27 Jul 2007 17:21
Over prced and over rated.....this really isn't a pub to rave about. Lara33 - 25 Jun 2007 09:36
Awesome place. I took a date out here and she was blown away! The restaurant adds the atmosphere of the bar to what would otherwise be a pretty formal meal (ie the food is classy!). Then we hit the bar, where the staff managed to pull of the rare trick of being extremely chatty and inclusive while remebering to serve drinks non-stop. The dancing downstairs ensured she was mine for the evening. Top marks! junkflap - 25 Apr 2007 12:13
This bar will set a trend others in the area will have to follow. I've been to Dusk, Lab, B@1, loads of cocktail bars, but this is the best, hands down, enough said..... acletchford - 15 Dec 2006 02:07
The last guy is right, this place has only been open since november and you HAVE to go. The food is out of this world, you can either have a conventional 3 course meal or you can have a plate little tasters from the menu, perfect for those among us who always wish they'd ordered what everyone else did! Then there is the cocktail menu, ones with black pepper and fresh basil, delicious. or your more classic ones, made to perfection by a very hunky barman! Daisy_m - 7 Dec 2006 15:24
