Irish themed pub which does food, not particularly a good feel to it and having just moved locally will not be returning in a hurry, in the middle of Leytonstone, traffic hurtling passed all day.

Nice enough décor and the bar staff were friendly - but at the end of the day just another pub with big screens, and there are enough of them around already.

What used to set this pub apart from the crowd was the live music, always something going on upstairs, now that's gone...

With Luna Lounge, North Star and Red Lion within walking distance they need to do something special to get me back in there

Reportedly renamed yet again as Tommy Flynn's, with one real ale, but seems most of the music has gone elsewhere. The utterly-fab Whats Cookin club has moved down the road and round the corner to the Ex Servicemen's Club in Harvey Rd.

Dark, slightly sinister feel to this pub and you wouldn't necessarily feel that relaxed in here when it is busy. But the barman is welcoming and the beer was good. Now renamed as The Crown.

Now reopened; looks just the same as it did before it closed. They'll need to up their game now Zulu's has been transformed and reopened as the Red Lion.
