| Still a traditional pub. New landlord and landlady. Pub has been redecorated but kept the atmosphere. Its got Sky TV, new music system and the rear garden has had decking fitted and an area for the 'smokers' (with heating to fight off the winter months. Joke is don't open the door and let the draught out. Beer is great, friendly staff and you are made welcome as soon as you enter. | used this pub for the past 15yrs a great friendly pub & the only pub in chessington that dogs are welcome,one of few remaining traditional british pubs as we know and love with a raging log fire in the winter & a great pint of real ale, staff are always friendly so what more could you ask for.but if you want a quite pint dont go down when chelsea are playing skipper1 - 23 Oct 2006 03:38 |
