| I read a couple of interesting comments on this place on another review site, and my boyfriend and I decided to visit the other week for lunch on a regular business trip to Birmingham from our home in Somerset. I must admit that I was quite unimpressed with our whole experience, from the girl (quite rude in my opinion) behind the bar seeming more interested in talking to other local individuals/ family/ friends than serving new customers visiting the establishment for the first time, to the food that just didn't seem to be of a standard that I had heard about. The drinks were pricey, and the bar area seemed dirty/ tired (maybe they do not have a cleaner), but I cannot say that I thought this establishment to be anywhere near a food quality award as seemed to be the view of other reviews on the other review site. Maybe we just visited them on an 'off day'.
