| This pub is getting rather tatty, with ripped seats patched with tape and peeling paint inside and out. There’s a dart board to the left of the bar as you enter and there was a game of dominoes going as well. No positive distinguishing features at all, unless you like f**k being used as part of every sentence and Tina Turner playing way too loud on the juke box. There were more people outside on the steps having a fag than there were inside. Has two handpumps selling Banks’s Original and bitter, I had a pint of the Original at the bargain price of £2.15. To be fair it was a much better pint than the one at The Albion earlier in the evening. It’s a bit rough and ready, but it looks to have a lot of regulars.
