| Three handles, but only Ringwood Best and a Winter ale were available - I stuck to the Ringwood Best which was fine, perhaps a trifle colder than what I'd expect. We had chicken and winter vegetable soup which was served in a sort of pudding bap - it was excellent! Service was prompt and attentive. The pub was colder than what I'd expect, the girlfriend said the radiators were only lukewarm. Nevertheless, this is a very old pub with character, there were a large number of customers present at lunchtime which was good to see at a time of declining pub usage. Worth another visit!
