| was in with friends on christmas eve and ordered a batemans rosey nosey. Took one look and new from the colour it was a different beer. manager went to cellar to check and reappeared to confirm pump clip on wrong pump. Basic error, oh dear! | Much, much improved pub, as the whole of Wetherspoons seems to have been over the past year or so. Beer consistently in excellent condition, with the JDW usual good mix of beers. Also the JDW usual awful service, though, so that hinders my rating somewhat. the.inspector - 6 Sep 2011 17:11 |

| the best spoons I have used breakfast are good real ale festivals are excellent now they got the temperature right was little over chilled , only problem is getting served when busy but then your paying £2.25 for pint its worth the wait.
