| Well Mr Arbiter, perhaps I can help. I don't know how well you know Taunton as I believe you are from Glastonbury way. But assuming you know the Racehorse, the Malt & Hops is down the road opposite the Racehorse, about 100 yards down on the left hand side. There is a carpark adjacent (pay & display) if you are being driven, which I believe you usually are. Otherwise its a 15 minute walk from the station, although this takes you through various back streets. | Obviously the criticism was aimed at the previous Landlords. The new tenants are running an excellent pub in a friendly and welcoming manner. Serving good food and drinks in a warm and inviting environment with the advantage of a most attractive beer garden in the Mediterranean style with Palm and Olive trees. Five minutes from the County cricket ground and the town centre it's the ideal oasis for a relaxing and enjoyable sojourn.
