| Clean, popular pub comprising a small bar and larger area focused on dining. Staff were friendly and very welcoming, providing a high standard of service. The pub has three hand-pumps serving a changing range of real ales (Batemans XB was lovely) and a good wine list. I imagine the cellar is well maintained. We were only able to eat once, but the food we had was delicious, well-presented and of a very high standard.
