| My first visit, having seeked it out on a walk. It;s handy for the Jubilee Way. Really hard to find up a side street on the edge of the village, but signposted from the bottom of the hill coming in from Branston. Nice friendly local where the licensee is really making an effort. Internally, it is comfortably renovated, but there is lots of scope to do something with a large area of grassland out the back. Couple of decent ales on. twohalves - 26 Apr 2014 09:53 |
