It's unique - as is Mike the Landlord. Just the one Real Ale, but the place is amazing.

Visited this whilst on holiday and found it a quaint and fascinating place. Family room was ideal for the granddaughters. Enjoyable.

My family and I really love this pub, we go on holiday to Borth every year and always have a couple of excellent pints there. Best of all is the vintage shop upstairs, you never know what you may find, and my kids who are 5 and 3 love the family room.
This pub is unlike any other you could not recreate any where else. give it a try.

Been to this pub before and it has a great feel to it. Tried to visit at about 7.15 this Tuesday and it was shut, with no sign to say what the opening hours are - which is a bit frustrating, and not very professional. Obviously no Credit Crunch going on here.

Having recently moved to Borth, we've tried all four pubs. This and the Railway are the best. This is a great olde worlde pub where proper pub values are upheld. mike keeps a great pint of Butty Bach. Opening hours are 'around' 12 to 3 and 7 to 11ish. If you come to the carnival in august, this is the pub to be at. The carnival snail racing night is a real joy!
If you're looking for a pristine modern pub then try the Victoria over the road - the beer is average, but it has a nice view of the sea from the back of the pub!
