| Went in this evening for a usual couple pints, tried to order my normal pint and drink for the wife. The (very friendly) thai / chinese / japanese heritage bar staff didnt understand any english at all. The landlord took over but when i complained, he just threw me out. | Not a gret pub, but comfortable and friendly, reasonable food. Beers, Theakstons, Wells Bombardier, Boddingtons. Main attraction for us is that it does food weekday lunchtime and on the Tameside trail. A great walk across the moors from Mossley. pubramblers - 21 Feb 2007 10:38 |
