| Visited on a Saturday evening and it was empty. Had Karaoke in one bar which didn't have the punters flooding in. Staff were friendly but only cask beer was Adnams, which was passable. Decor could do with updating. badhabits - 14 May 2010 15:06 |
| Great local pub refreshingly free of trendy haircuts (a rare treat in this vicinity!) Fair selection of well kept ales and the usual lagers. Very friendly staff - and a music loving landlord. Plenty of live music upstairs in the function room where there's always something happening including the regular Folk Club and the excellent Zinggkin' Ship monthly showcase night on the first Thursday of each month.
