Not the worst pint of Pedigree I've ever had but far from being the best. I like Eddie Hanbury's 'not too many tourists' remark. None at all would probably be more accurate given the location which I think is somewhat off the tourist radar. Anyway, locals seem a friendly bunch and the bar staff are efficient. johnkn7 - 23 Jun 2007 21:31
Yes, likeable locals ( I used to be one )musical eve's good tv sport, not too many tourists. The regulars give it the good atmosphere! eddiehanbury - 3 Jun 2007 20:21
This pub has recently been renovated (Oct 2003) and is now a popular drinking hole for locals and regulars from further afeild. with a heavy emphasis on live sky sports and boasting two new darts areas this pub is certainly one of my favourite Bournemouth pubs. Everyone is very friendly there. And the quizingo night with Peter Poole should not be missed. See you there Kevin Brook - champagneleisure@ntlworld.com - 16 Dec 2003 23:10
