| Ah yes. The 'Liquid Lounge'. WTF's that all about?? It's like some private party in a functions room - dreadful. Shame, this place was great back in the mid-late 80s. | Once the hub of Banbury's weekend nightlife, now a shadow of its former self due to many years of poor management & lack of vision. Such a wasted oportunity as it is still on the route and capable of pulling in the crowds once more. (possibly not happened due to heavy restrictions on planning permission). The back bar seems to have been turned into a 'youth center' in an attempt to bring in the younger crowd. Done with very little taste & thought. Food: Still does food but can not comment on quality Decor: Varied standards of quality through the three bars Toilets: Just follow your nose & see for yourself Service: Fair service, generally friedly staff The_Whole_Truth - 8 May 2007 22:05 |
