No real ale, not very busy, untypical Sam Smiths pub, great views

Too far out of town it seems for most people. I have never seen more than half a dozen folk in there, but imagine that due to its location, overlooking the Thames water meadows it could be busy for sunny summer days and for their carvery on Sundays.
Beer is cheap by 'London' standards.
Most of the staff seem to be from the E.U and are more interested in their own chit chat. Their ability to serve the product properly could also be improved.

hi i was in this pub lots of times and i love it. staff is VERY friendly a specialy polish girls from the bar. It is very familiar place i love spanding my time there, food is FAB .Another pubs can be just jealous. If you will go there You wont regret. All the best for menagers, they are superb. My big respect for running this pub SO well.

I've never seen more than about 6 people in here and while Sam Smiths is OK it does mean a limited choice.

i am not going back to this place, its awful !!!!!!! food is poor me and my wife suffered stomach pains all night when we had food from here .... the staff are rude and stand around chatting and more to the point chew gum when serving, or the fight over sweets etc, in my visit here i also found a maintainance man .... well who i thought was , scruffly dressed behind the bar, paint all about him, i was told he was the manager who has opted to paint out the rooms upstairs, this is just totally mind blowing and unhealthy in this environment.

i will not be returning to this establishment and nor will any of my work partners. clean up the act and be more polite costs nothing !!!!!!!
