| Like others, walked past this place every day for almost year without the inclination to go inside. Was drawn in by some funky music one evening, and was shocked to find what a cool place it is. Has a really mixed crown, with wide variation in music (Some mindblowingly good music and some absolutely aweful stuff too). | A place where they hold regular live music. Inside it is rather like your usual bar. The drinks range is slightly better with Becks Vier, Strapoman and even cranberry juice. Found the beer to not taste brilliant but drinkable aleman - 9 Feb 2007 08:39 |

| you could easily walk past this place and not even know it was there - at least not know it was one of the best bars in SE London! I walked passed everyday for a year before I noticed it! Great place, especially on Thursday nights for "LivelyNUS." Reasonable admission fee and drinks are pub prices. It might have a bad rep (it is Deptford, afterall) but I feel really safe here. the doorstaff are amazing and are in like a flash at the first sign of trouble. The DJ's and staff are cool, too. Doesn't really get going until about 11pm (pub closing time) at weekends, but is open late so a great place to go after drinking in Greenwich/Blackheath. Spent many 'a drunken night in the Live Bar!
