Now a blues/jazz music placed called, er, Blue. This is exactly what it was before Baobab. Not sure if it will this time around. AleKing - 27 Mar 2007 17:24
Hi There, just moved in to the area and was having a wander round - really liked the look of the baobab - went inside and it was dead though! Plus the service was terrible. What happened? This place looks like it could be really good...was there ever a time that it was? I've found the Tup pretty boring and Kiss me Hardy is a dive...would love to have a good quality pub to sup a pint in....what does everyone think? cetialpha - 21 Dec 2006 20:45
Looks like Punch Taverns is searching for someone to run it, according to a sign over the door. The new owners didn't last long then. Just went on PTs website and it's on for capital costs of £28,500. Not for me, but hopefully someone will take the opportunity to give The Tup a run for its money, although nowadays I tend to stick to The Sultan. AleKing - 4 Dec 2006 11:42
