This is a pretty rubbish place with mediocre lager that I’ll never go into again. It doesn’t look very inviting from the outside and in the case of this pub looks aren’t deceiving.

I didn’t venture upstairs or into the loos as I didn’t want the exit out of my line of sight.

Was very very scared, the landlord was nice in a kind of not sure whether he's going to turn at any point. The best bit was the pyscho trying to catch me eye so he could kill me I assume. Not one for the faint hearted. On the plus side you can get a pint of guiness for £2.00.

Horrid, just horrid. Toilets invariably decorated with vomit, threatening ring of geezers around the bar who're given priority by the bar staff. Avoid.

only been in here once, but i got a really terrible pint of guinness - might have been a one-off, but i won't be going back to find out

Once the best pub in the area, now pretty nasty. The comedy club, set up two years ago when 'Irish Mark' kept a good pub, is still going and well worth dropping by - just don't linger in the downstairs bar!
