Really good village pub - friendly landlords, nice atmosphere and good well-kept ales (Badger - Tintinhull Ale, Firsty Ferret and Tanglefoot). Didn't try the food but we'll be back for that! BobOs - 17 Aug 2008 20:36
We have been tenants at The Lamb Inn for nearly a year now and are pleased to advise that it is once again being run as a traditional country village pub. The pub is open regular hours 7 days a week. Award winning ales, fine wines, and friendly service are on offer. Our menu features good quality traditional pub food which we think is also very good value. The pub was tastefully refurbished in 2006 and has a lovely large garden. Walkers, dogs and children are all welcome so join us for a drink or a meal soon! Lee & Roger drmorgan - 24 Jun 2008 22:12
tintinhull has the lamb inn and the crown and victoria inn well i would only go to one now having tried both!!! i would avoid the lamb at all costs very expensive average food and not a great selection of ale on the other hand the crown and victoria down the road is out of this world excellent food friendly staff and great value!!!! sorry the lamb but the crown wins my vote by a country mile!!!! anonymous - 20 Jul 2007 21:01
Upto a couple of years this was owned by Brian, Ted and family. A good local with good food. Food is still good apparently but now company owned and Badger Beers which are not to everyones taste. just refurbished and extended the bar area. But in two years I thing they are on their 2nd or 3rd tenants and has variable opening times. Probably still good and affordable at lunch but does not appear to open much at night. I am sure as the last drinker or diner leaves be it 9 or 10 o'clock the door is locked. The village needs 2 pubs so hopefully it sorts itself out. timatno21 - 19 Jun 2007 12:08
