| Real ale usually seems to be from the Marston/Jennings/Mansfield group of brewers, and is always well kept, although sometimes only one on offer. Good selection of food, portion sizes are adequate, although the quality can vary. Quiz/raffle held on several evenings which is great if you like that sort of thing, but makes having a quiet pint and a chat difficult whilst the questions/numbers are being read out.
