Not a bad pub, was a bit on the quiet side, few locals that were there kept the 'craic' as they call it going. If you lived locally this place would make an ideal local.

I have gone back to Flanagan's regular after my first visit and I must say I am impressed, myself and a friend were having a pint when the boss presented us with a burger each, in fact he had a burger for every customer in the place. This is the kind of thing you do not see in pubs these days. However, with compliments, there is also constructive criticism, please, please fix the outdoor heating and maybe try and compete with neighbouring bars that have better outdoor facilities.

Great beer, best pint of Fosters I've had in a really long time, my mate was on Carlsberg which only cost £2.60!! The pub looks like it's stuck in a time warp but I think that adds to its character, but they really should attempt at least to freshen the place up. Got chatting with the landlord who was having a few pints himself with the customers, nice guy. He does not have the place that long so will be interesting to see if he makes many changes. One thing I hope that does not change is the quality of the fosters.

Great pub, barman put on the cricket for us when the English pub next door refused to do so
