| Total dive more's the pity as it's handy for the town and station - but beer is suspect and interior rather threatening. Outside should be a lovely garden, but it's overrun with uncontrolled kids from patrons who simply sit drinking. Was also not impressed by rat in the car park! | The Top House is finally on the up!! The new manager, Rob, is a crazy Irishman, who genuinely seems to want to make the pub better. 241 meals are back on the menu, with early birds there as well. The atmosphere now is relaxed and friendly, a right laugh. In 2 weeks, it's gone from being stale to vibrant. So come along and see for yourself. Brockers32 - 22 Feb 2009 10:58 |
