| Fine pub but no good if you are in a hurry. I've only managed to have a few pints here as it's usually heaving, no matter what time of day or night. | Tried to go in here a couple of weeks ago with some friends. There were six of us, mostly over 40 and they refused to serve us - and this is the nest bit - because there were SIX of us! 5 would have been OK - could understand it if group was younger or in football shirts. What a joke - no wonder the pub was empty. Apparently this is their policy, Went to the pub other side of the road instead, who couldn't believe that they turned us away. | Great place to start the night off and do a spot of people watching, also a good gaff for a couple of cheeky after work shandies.
