Small old style cosy pub with four ales on. I had a pint of thee Jaipur which by my reckoning was the nearest they had to a local brew on offer. Think they overdo it with the tellys. Might be an idea if they took the one over the bar away as it would stop people standing at the bar watching it and would help keep the bar area free for people to get served

Friendly intimate boozer, excellent quality ales.

small in size but very big overall cracking little pub to take the misses for a safe and quiet drink most of the time a bit rowdy in a fun way during match on tv days but all in all a FANTASTIC place to viset

Tiny one-roomed pub opposite the impressive Ceramica museum. There are 7 real ales to choose from, many from local breweries, and the place is mostly frequented by locals. Nevetheless, the atmosphere is friendly and there are newspapers to read with your pint if you don't want to join in. Definitely worth a visit in a town that is becoming a destination for ale lovers.

Funny sort of place because it's much smaller than your average pub, but works quite well. You can get a real ale & a decent drop of single malt. Regrettably there are 2 TVs in there often blaring sports idiocy, but it's still worth a pint & a spirit if you're in on your way to other Burslem locales. Better than most in the city. 7.
