| Have been drinking in here on an on/off basis for the last three years, as it's my "very" local. It has improved 100% since the refurbishment and is now one of the better pubs in the area. My friend, who spends much of his time living in Malaysia, always likes to meet at The Railway, whenver he is back home, despite having five other pubs in a nearer walking area to his flat. | Refurbished in the last year, the transformation is amazing. What was once an unwelcoming keg pub is now an ex-Scottish & Newcastle success story. The food of this local is authentic Thai (they even do take aways). Sells Courage Best. graley - 29 Dec 2004 15:43 |
