| Sam Smith beers. Okay, not my favourite, but really cheap. Generally this pub is okay. Some proper weird locals on occasion, but a mixture of clientele, and never seen any trouble in there myself. | Like all pubs should be; completely unpretentious, room to sit/stand and chat with superb beer in a music/games free atmosphere. | As laid back, old-school and generally welcoming as Hale gets! Great prices, a warm, slightly too well-lit interior. Beers are all Samuel Smith - which is no bad thing. Chris - 30 Nov 2004 22:58 |
