| I'm not alone in getting increasingly suspicious of one review merchants (King and Keys, Fleet Street's an amusing example). Here, I'll wager this TomDebenham works for Ruby Group, probably a junior in marketing. And that he's been told by his pleb bosses to 'make it clear that this is no longer part of the Ruby chain'. Who cares? Not us mate. We're punters. The Ruby lounge was shit when it was part of whatever it was part of. And guess what, the new Ruby Lounge is still about as inviting as an STD clinic.
