| Maybe we caught it on a bad day but there were only two blonde ales on when we looked in. It would not have mattered even if there had been more and better beer on offer; I found it a grim little pub littered with wheezing coffin dodgers who leered openly at the young woman in our company. | This is a great wee bar, great real ales, big flatcreens tv's for footie and no jukebox so ideal for talking which is exactly what happens, I've never seen it empty and on days when Hibs play at home its packed out, if your ever visiting Edinburgh I'd recommend a visit to this legendary institution!
