After taking in the views off Parliament Hill on a baking day, we popped into this Pub for a much needed refresher and we were very impressed with it. Obviously it is chasing the foodie market, but the beers we had were most acceptable, there were 2 Westerham beers on at the time along with some standard beers. Friendly, comfortable, the decor is odd but not displeasing. It's situated in a pleasant area and is well worth a visit.

Wonderful building that has been refurbished in a way that won't agree to all
but in no offensive. Wonderful large door and windows.

Lovely real fire .

3 handpumps.Only one beer on .Mmm Disappointing. When it is your business, and your sole existence to buy beer and then sell it on to keep customers happy..........That said the Westerham Bull Dog was very enjoyable if expensive at £3.40.

A few of George Michael's friends present on my visit.

I will return.

I used to love this place when I lived down the road, and am still happy to drop by when I'm in the neighbourhood. Nice beer, pleasant staff, great pub quiz, but God knows what they've done to the decor! What were you thinking?

In favour of the recent refurbishment and always a good place for a decent pint. Guest ales are a bonus (Cains Mild was on a few weeks ago). One critisism is that sometimes the food does take too long to arrive but, that said, worth popping in if you're in the area.

Went in today. It's had a refurbishment - no more wood panelling and some lurid wallpaper. Back room going to be a restaurant for half the week. Looks a bit of mess now, like it doesn't know what it wants to be. Don't think I'll bother making the effort to come here so much now.
