| Found the pub by getting lost on way to UAE & went back that evening - smashing service, got their last unreserved table. Food brilliant, and lots of it, with lots of locals - a proper pub. Can't wait to find excuse to visit in the day. hellodave - 29 Sep 2011 15:26 |

| Went to this pub a couple of years ago and had a very nice pint in the snug. Was hoping to repeat that this year. When I went in the snug however the bar staff did not seem to want to be bothered. They knew I was there but did not come round from the main bar, and continued their converstaion with friends. I left without service, a pity as this is a very atmospheric pub.
